Only disappointed with there not being breakfast. Yeah there is a Dennys in the same parking lot, but that is an additional expense.. The staff were all very amazing and friendly. The hotel itself is very conveniently located near all of the normal grocery/shopping that one would desire.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The parking lots were well lit and all felt safe. Will definitely stay there again.
There was a A little mold on the soap dispenser in the shower other than that the room will stay was nice. The other thing that I noticed was a pet friendly location yet there’s nowhere to take your dog to the bathroom. I also thought that $75 for a dog was a bit much especially because like I said it was nowhere to take your dog to the bathroom not very pet friendly
Upon arriving into our room we noticed there was no microwave or fridge, but overall the room was perfect and nothing was broken or tore up the filters were clean and we had an amazing time. The beds were so soft I cant tell you how amazing it was to have a soft pillow to cuddle with. We had a small hiccup with the first room we had, but they made it right by coming to fix the issue immediately and even gave us a different room so our stay was comfortable. Marianna was our favorite employee as she was witty and informative. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thank you.

Only needed a room for a few hours to get some sleep and then go back to the ER at Sutter. We walked in around 3am and typically night auditors are not very friendly but yours was. It was so refreshing to walk in to that. The room was very clean and well kept.
Staying here, Is Amazing. The Coffee Brings you back for more. The Whole Staff, Smiling, Cheerful, and They Network seemlessly, to get everything done. Good Area, Basically the Center of everything. From a One-Nighter, to a 3 week stay; Everything is Clean, Plenty of hot water; Great prices, and at least 50 different Stores and Shops, within 10 minutes. A Safe Harbor, to Land and Visit the local area Attractions!! Good Kharma and Excellent Service. I Thoroughly Enjoyed my time Here. t( '.' t) An Amazing Group of People!
Great service from Ang at the front desk. She went above and beyond with a warm smile and helpful attitude for all my needs. I suffer from social anxiety so I'm always afraid to ask for anything but Ang gave me the confidence to ask for the complimentary breakfast which I loved!! Truly made my stay better! Thank u Ramada I will definitely be coming back soon
